Contract Jobs

All employees, including CNA’s, LPN’s and RN’s, that are working on Assist Medical Staffing contract jobs, are required to provide a two weeks’ notice if they are unable to complete the full length of the contract job. Any employee who does NOT provide a two weeks’ notice and abandons the contract job without notice will be fined a fee of $1000.

Any employee who provides a two weeks notice and works out the full notice will NOT be fined a fee.

Per-Diems Jobs

Employees working per-diem shifts are required to call off a minimum of two hours prior to the start of their shift if they are unable to work the scheduled shift. If the employee does not call off and is a no-call no-show for the shift, they will be fined a fee of $200.

Any employee who calls off at least two hours prior to the start of their shift will NOT be fined a fee.
